Terms of service

myrbw.dev lets Discord communities run ranked Minecraft matches and publish a website about them. Each community is run by its own operators, who are not employees or agents of myrbw.dev. We do not run, vouch for or control any community's servers, rules or store.

You must be old enough to have a Discord account (at least 13, or higher where your local law requires) and, if you are below the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases. You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it.

Do not:

• break the law, or Discord's terms, using the service;
• cheat, exploit bugs, impersonate others or harass people;
• try to access data or settings that are not yours, probe for weaknesses without permission, overload the service or scrape it at a rate that harms others;
• publish content you do not have the right to publish, or content that is hateful, deceptive or unlawful.

Community operators are responsible for everything they publish on their site and for how they run their community and store.

A purchase from a community's store is a contract between you and that community's operator, not with myrbw.dev. You pay on a third-party payment provider's page and its terms apply to the payment. The price shown on the provider's page before you confirm is the price you pay, including any tax or fees the provider adds. Items are digital perks inside a Discord or game community and are delivered by that community, normally within minutes. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

You keep the rights to what you upload (text, images, links). You give the community and myrbw.dev permission to display it as part of the service. You promise you have the right to share it.

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features, with notice where practical.

We or a community's operators may suspend or end access for breaking these terms or to protect others. You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted (see the privacy policy).

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for what community operators do, or for loss of in-game items or ranks. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and it does not take away your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version and continued use after a change means you accept it. mandatory consumer-protection law where you live still applies. Contact: wiggels on Discord.
