Refund policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
myrbw.dev itself does not sell anything and charges no fees to players. The stores on community websites are run by the communities, so refunds are decided and paid by the community you bought from.
1. Before you buy
Each store shows what you get and what to expect before you pay, and the payment provider shows the final total, with any tax or fees, before you confirm. Nothing is pre-selected and there are no hidden extras. If anything is unclear, ask the community first.
2. If something is wrong
- Not delivered, or not what was described: open a ticket in the community's Discord with your emailed receipt. Operators should fix it or refund you promptly.
- Charged twice or without your consent: contact the community and the payment provider straight away.
- Subscriptions: cancel from the provider's billing page (a link is on the community's Transactions page when the operator has added one). Cancelling stops future charges; ask the operator about the current period.
3. Your legal rights
This policy does not reduce the rights the law gives you. In many places, including the EU and UK, you may have a right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, but for digital content that is delivered immediately that right can end once delivery has started and you have agreed to that before paying. Where the law gives you a remedy for faulty or misdescribed digital content, it applies.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact the community before filing a chargeback; it is usually faster. A chargeback for a purchase that was delivered may lead to the community removing the perk and restricting your access to its store.
5. Need help
If the community does not respond, or you cannot tell who to ask, write to wiggels on Discord with your receipt and we will try to help you reach the right person. We cannot refund purchases that were not made to us.
